I’ve reached the conclusion that my Tennis Elbow is not getting better. Until it does I’m going to put judo on the back shelf. Last Tuesday’s judo class put my elbow into pain overdrive. Since then it’s been mostly a dull ache, tight, and gets stiff if I don’t move it. It’s at about 70% but the pain gets worse if I start doing movements that stress the tendon.
I hope that the good doctor at least gives me a bullet to bite.
