The challenge is this: from Ash Wednesday (Feb 18) until the day before Easter (April 4), train every day, without fail, no excuses; even if you have to move mountains. Simple enough said, a little harder to do.
Give that I’m fighting an injury, and am also in a deep patch of work stress, I’m going to try the challenge. The difference is that I’ll be calling it the the 2015 Lenten Meditation Challenge!
